A federal lawsuit has been filed by cruise ship attendant Fabian Zanzi against John Travolta, alleging s**ual assault during a Caribbean cruise back in 2009.
Zanzi, who was assigned as Travolta’s personal attendant, claimed that the actor engaged in “harmful and offensive contact” by forcibly exposing himself and making unwanted advances towards him.
The complaint stated that Travolta removed his bathrobe, grabbed Zanzi’s hand, and pressed his n^ked body and erect p-nis against Zanzi.
Seeking unspecified monetary compensation, Zanzi is the third individual to come forward with such accusations against Travolta.
Previously, two male massage therapists accused the actor of similar misconduct in Los Angeles and Atlanta, though they later withdrew their legal actions under the representation of attorney Gloria Allred.
