In a recent exclusive interview with The New York Times, veteran actor Jane Fonda candidly shared her thoughts on her past co-stars, labeling Marlon Brando as “disappointing” while delving into her deepest regret of declining an intimate encounter with Marvin Gaye.
Reflecting on her experiences, the 82-year-old icon expressed remorse over not seizing the opportunity to connect with the legendary singer.
Fonda disclosed, “Who I do think about, and what is a great regret is Marvin Gaye.
He wanted to and I didn’t.”
During the engaging conversation, journalist Maureen Dowd humorously interjected, speculating if Gaye’s advances involved references to his hit song ‘s**ual Healing’.
Fonda responded with a touch of wistfulness, revealing, “I needed some but he didn’t say that, no.”
