Chris Pratt’s Flatulence Antics on ‘Parks and Recreation’ Set Upset Aubrey Plaza

During the recent reunion marking the 10th anniversary of the hit comedy series ‘Parks and Recreation’, Aubrey Plaza shared some humorous insights about her time on set with co-star Chris Pratt.

The 34-year-old actress revealed that Pratt, along with fellow actor Nick Offerman, were notorious for their frequent flatulence on set, much to the annoyance of Plaza and their other castmates.

In a playful exchange with Nick Offerman during an interview with ‘Entertainment Tonight’, Plaza responded candidly to a question about her favorite bodily noises from a cast member.

She humorously expressed her frustration, stating, “That is so annoying because Nick and Pratt used to fart all the time.

And it would make Amy and I really angry!

So I don’t appreciate that question, and I’m going to say, ‘Pass Nick.’”

Last summer, Plaza and Bryce Dallas Howard playfully teased Pratt during the MTV Movie & TV Awards when presenting him with the MTV Generation Award.

Reflecting on Pratt’s versatility as an actor, Plaza highlighted his transition from playing the lovable but clueless Andy Dwyer in ‘Parks and Recreation’ to his roles in ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ and ‘Jurassic World’.

Acknowledging Pratt’s acting range, Plaza humorously contrasted his characters, describing Andy Dwyer as a well-meaning, yet slightly foolish shoe shiner, while his roles in major blockbusters showcased a transformation into characters like the adventurous Peter Quill and the heroic Owen Grady.

Amidst laughter from the audience, Plaza and Howard continued to jest about Pratt’s diverse on-screen personas, emphasizing his ability to embody various roles across different genres seamlessly.

Plaza’s witty remarks added a lighthearted touch to the event, showcasing the camaraderie among the former co-stars.

The humorous anecdotes shared by Plaza offer fans a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes dynamics of the ‘Parks and Recreation’ cast, highlighting the fun and playful interactions that characterized their time
