Brothers Osborne had a night to remember at the recent CMA Awards!
On November 20, the duo consisting of John and TJ Osborne found themselves nominated for Vocal Duo of the Year during the star-studded ceremony held in Nashville.
While they didn’t snag the trophy, they made up for it by hitting the afterparty for some lively beer pong action, surrounded by fellow artists reveling in country music’s premier event.
The bond between the Osborne brothers is truly something special.
When they’re on stage together, you can see the chemistry that makes their performances so seamless.
TJ has previously shared that rather than squabbling, they prefer to communicate their feelings openly.
“We just know what each other is thinking,” he explained in an interview with PEOPLE back in 2018.
It’s fascinating how years of collaboration have honed their instincts to the point where they can often anticipate each other’s moves without a word.
At the beer pong table, TJ teamed up with his partner, Abi Ventura.
Their relationship blossomed publicly when TJ came out as gay in 2021, culminating in a heartfelt kiss between the two at that year’s CMAs.
Now, nine months into their confirmed relationship, they seemed to be having a blast at the afterparty.
On the opposite side of the table stood John, accompanied by his wife, musician Lucie Silvas.
Together, they added an extra layer of fun to the competitive spirit of the game.
The atmosphere was electric as the pairs faced off in this lighthearted contest.
Megan Moroney also made her mark at the afterparty, proudly showcasing her award for New Artist of the Year.
“I just want to get through this without crying,” she admitted during her acceptance speech, expressing her gratitude for the opportunity to pursue her dreams amidst stiff competition from artists like Shaboozey, Nate Smith, and Bailey Zimmerman.
Charlie Worsham was another highlight of the evening, grinning from ear to ear while holding his award for Musician of the Year.
His accolades continue to pile up, marking a successful streak for the talented artist.
The party took a stylish turn when Simone Biles made a striking appearance in a short red dress paired with white cowboy boots.
This was her third outfit change of the night, having dazzled on the red carpet in a glamorous gown before switching to a sparkling suit when she presented the Female Vocalist of the Year award.
Guests indulged in delicious Sonic burgers and fries, creating a laid-back vibe amid the celebration.
Many attendees seized the moment to capture memories at the PEOPLE x Shutterstock photobooth, snapping photos that encapsulated the joy of the night.
The 58th Annual CMA Awards aired live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, broadcasting from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on ABC.
